Referral terms

1. Anyone can join. There is nothing to buy.
2. You earn 10% of the membership fees a member you referred actually pays in their first 12 months of membership. Free months earn nothing because nothing is paid.
3. We pay monthly, within 30 days of each payment we receive from them. Nothing is paid for a signed founding letter on its own; the letter is free and non-binding.
4. A referral is yours when they sign through your link, or, if they used no link, when you were the first to have us send them an intro. Your link is remembered on their device for 90 days.
5. You don't earn on yourself or anyone at your own company, or on a person or company Rivine was already talking with when you referred them.
6. Before we pay, we'll ask for the details we need to pay you, including a W-9 in the US.
7. We're confirming this program with a lawyer before payouts begin in 2027. If anything about how rewards are paid has to change, you'll hear it from me first, by email, with the closest alternative I can offer.
8. We may change or end the program with notice by email.
