The room your team actually uses.

Rivine is a membership for private team rooms. You get the right-sized room on the days you are in town, and rooms in more than one city when you are not.

A company we know in Austin pays almost $19,000 a month for a twenty-person office. Three to six people show up. That is the problem.

The operating system handles the door, the hours, and the table.

Say a team we will call Harbor asks for eight people, a Tuesday, open seating. The screen on the glass shows that booking. When Harbor is in two cities, it books two rooms under one membership instead of leaving an office empty in both.

One membership. The rooms follow the team.

Downstairs, open to anyone.

Coffee, tables, and two small rooms you can use without a membership.

Street cafe

Upstairs, for members.

Your team’s room on the days you are in town, and long tables when you do not need a door. This is what the founding deposit is for.

Tenth-floor long table

Become a founding team.

These numbers are refundable deposits toward a future membership, not the monthly price. The money sits in escrow. If the Floor never opens, it comes back. No address is promised until a floor is real. We stop at ten teams.

Austin first because the mismatch is already here. When this Floor stands, the same membership can open a door in the next city.

Individuals

You are building on your own for now. You need a seat on a floor where other people are doing the same. $750 in escrow, same credit, same refund.

Teams of four or less

You are already a company. You need a table that is yours on the days that matter, and first claim when memberships open. You put $1,000 in escrow for four named people. It credits your first membership. If the Floor never opens, it comes back.

Teams of 5–10

You have outgrown the kitchen and you are not ready to apologize for an office built for a headcount that is rarely in the room. $2,500 in escrow, same rules. The door follows the day, not the old lease.

Teams of 11–20

You want a home in Austin for a squad that does not live here every week. $5,000 in escrow, same credit, same refund. You do not keep an eighteen-seat box for the six who flew in.

Why not the usual.

  • Home is cheap and lonely.
  • A cafe is public and loud.
  • A private office is a bill for people who are not there.
  • A tower lease is a ten-year guess.

Hi, I’m Logan.

I used to sell WeWork when the rooms were full. Companies were not buying a brand. They were buying a place to bring the people who actually flew in.

I am taking founding deposits so a landlord can see demand before anyone signs a lease. If enough teams put money in escrow, we take that paper and ask for a floor.

Put the stake in escrow.

The list is short on purpose.
